Data Sovereignty Note: All tracking in this app is controlled by US-based companies. Data transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides conditional adequacy for certified companies but is narrower than GDPR and subject to ongoing legal challenge. The US CLOUD Act also allows US authorities to compel disclosure of data held by these companies regardless of where it is stored.
